Process Standard System

Raw Material Inspection

After we got raw material, we will weight them to check quality, and check the surface material to make sure that all of them are good quality.

Paper Printing Checking

Check designs if they are clear enough before priting; no stop checking during printing.

Printing Quality Checking

After thermal transfer, we will check how is the quality of printing before cutting, and pick up the not goods ones.

Size Checking

Check at least 20 pieces of different sizes from one container to check they are strander sizes.

Packages Checking

After all carpets are packed, check every package if they packed as the proper ways as customers' requirement.
